"Let Love Lead" NGO is Powering Ghana’s Post-Flood National Cleaning Days
In the wake of recent devastating floods that swept through parts of the nation, a massive, coordinated response is underway to secure communities and protect lives. Leading the charge on the civilian and humanitarian front is the renowned Ghanaian non-governmental organization, Let Love Lead, founded and spearheaded by the highly respected philanthropist, security expert, and businessman, Big Dawood (born Dawood Akwesi Agyeman).

Big Dawood and his dedicated team of volunteers spent the day working hand-in-hand with municipal workers and local security personnel in the Ayawaso North Municipality—an area highly vulnerable to drainage challenges. Together, they cleared massive amounts of silt from choked sewers, swept streets, and managed waste collection points to ensure proper, immediate disposal so that debris would not wash back into local waterways.
To cement their long-term commitment to the community, Let Love Lead also made a substantial financial and resource donation directly to the Municipal Assembly, supporting their operational capacity for ongoing environmental management.
"A clean community is everyone's responsibility. Many of these post-flood disasters can be prevented if we alter how we handle our waste and proactively care for our drainage channels," Big Dawood previously noted during a post-flood assessment, emphasizing that preventive action remains the strongest defense against climate disasters.
