STONEBWOY ANNOUNCED TO PERFORM AT AIDIA BUSINESS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL IN HAMBURG, GERMANY

Multiple award-winning Ghanaian dancehall and Afrobeats icon Stonebwoy has been announced as a headline performer for this year’s AiDiA Business And Culture Festival in Hamburg, Germany.

The announcement was made by organizers of the festival, which is billed as Germany's biggest business and culture event celebrating Afro-German entrepreneurship, diversity and innovation. This year's edition, set for September 4th and 5th, 2026 at the EMPORIO Hamburg, is expected to be bigger, louder and better than previous years.

Stonebwoy’s inclusion marks another major international recognition for the Ghanaian superstar, who has become a regular face on German stages. The 1GAD, as he is affectionately called, previously sold out three venues in Germany during his 5th Dimension Europe Tour in 2023, with electrifying shows in Berlin, Hamburg and Dusseldorf, and later headlined Germany’s biggest reggae festival, SummerJam.

The AiDiA Festival, launched in 2022 by Lucy Larbi, is more than just music. It combines a startup pitch competition for Black founders, a business fair, networking sessions and cultural celebrations. The festival has awarded over €53,000 in prize money to Afro-German startups in the past and has become a permanent fixture in Hamburg’s startup ecosystem.

Stonebwoy is expected to bring his signature high-energy performance to the festival stage, performing hits from his extensive catalogue including ‘Into The Future’, ‘Run Go’, ‘Activate’ and songs from his critically acclaimed ‘5th Dimension’ album. His performance will climax the cultural segment of the two-day event, which connects African and European innovators, investors and creatives.

With this booking, Stonebwoy continues to cement his status as one of Africa’s most exported live performers. Fans in Germany and across Europe are already anticipating an unforgettable experience as the BHIM Nation president returns to Hamburg.
