"Marriage Is the Biggest Investment. You Invest Your Time And Energy." - American Rapper, 50 Cents

50 Cent has once again explained why he has no plans to get married, describing marriage as a “bad contract” and arguing that it requires a major investment of time and energy.

During the discussion, the American rapper and businessman said marriage is different from an ordinary contract because couples may have to renegotiate their situation when the relationship breaks down.

He explained that the biggest investment in marriage is not necessarily money, but the time and energy people put into building a relationship. According to him, things can eventually go wrong, with issues such as child support becoming part of the aftermath.

“Marriage is a bad contract. It’s the only contract you have to renegotiate to get to a good place.”

He continued by describing marriage as “the biggest investment”, emphasizing the amount of time and energy partners commit before a relationship potentially falls apart.

50 Cent, who has never been married, has previously been open about his decision to stay unmarried. His latest comments are therefore consistent with his long-standing position on marriage.

The discussion also took a humorous turn because singer Tyrese was part of the conversation. 50 Cent suddenly recreated one of Tyrese’s famous emotional moments by shouting, “What more do you want from me?”

Tyrese appeared to take the joke lightly, responding, “We hate when you’re upset.” The exchange referenced Tyrese’s widely circulated 2017 video during his custody dispute with his former wife.
