Mr Eazi's new album, ''Life is Eazi Vol 2: Lagos to London'' will be out in October 2018.

The singer who for many months have teased the idea of a new project, announced the upcoming release in an Instagram photo of a sign post with the inscription, ''Lagos to London'', which is the title of the project.

Taking to his Instagram page, Mr Eazi shared, ''Happy to let you guys know that I will be releasing my new Project in October its called Life is Eazi Vol2.''

The announcement comes after his recent performance at the Reading Festival in London over the weekend.

The album will be a follow up to the Banku Music boss's debut project, ''Life is Eazi Vol 1 - Accra to Lagos'', released in 2017, which sparked a glorious rise for his career.

Ahead of the release of the album, Mr Eazi has put out several impressive singles including Lagos to London featuring UK rapper GiggsProperty with Mo-T and Overload with Mr Real and Slimcase.

Mr Eazi's journey in the music world is a fascinating tale, that is rooted in belief, planning and imagination.

He has steadily capitalized on the success of his debut project, From Accra to Lagos, and seems to be learning from his contemporaries who have signed international deals without much benefit, based on the type of deals he has announced.

Since he emerged on the scene in 2016 with singles like 'Skin Tight' and 'Holl Up', Mr Eazi has been on the forefront of the Afrobeats movement outside the continent.

Earlier in the year, he signed a licensing deal with Universal Africa for his music within the continent and Columbia Records globally.

2018 has seen Mr Eazi perform at more shows internationally, as he has rocked the stage in cities across Barcelona, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and United Kingdom, and is also billed to join Lauryn Hill on the train of her Miseducation 20th anniversary tour.
