Blue Ivy Stole the Show on the First Night of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour

It’s Blue Ivy Carter’s world and we’re all just living in it.
During the opening night of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour at Los Angeles’s SoFi Stadium, the superstar’s 13-year-old daughter made her grand return to the stage. Blue graced the audience with several onstage cameos—and she came ready to dance.
She showed off some serious moves during a choreographed section of “America Has a Problem.” Matching with Beyoncé in a newspaper print outfit, Blue synced her steps with the assemblage of back-up dancers.
Blue later paid homage to both of her parents by strutting down the stage during “Deja Vu,” the 2006 single by Beyoncé and Jay-Z. For the moment, she swapped her outfit for a brown leather set composed of a corset and fringe-lined pants.
During a more intimate moment of the show, Blue and her little sister, seven-year-old Rumi Carter, joined their mom as she sang “Protector,” a Cowboy Carter track about parenthood. Again, Blue changed her look for the performance, matching with Beyoncé in a glittery bronze bodysuit with a beige tartan wrap skirt by Burberry. Meanwhile, little Rumi wore a metallic gold feathered dress.
By now, Blue is a seasoned veteran when it comes to touring with her mother. She previously made her onstage debut during Beyoncé’s worldwide Renaissance Tour in 2023, and she later surprised fans by dancing at Houston’s NRG Stadium for Beyoncé’s Christmas Day NFL Halftime show.
Naturally, the Internet went wild over Beyoncé’s firstborn stepping into the spotlight once again.
