Kofi Kinaata; First artiste to win ‘Songwriter of the Year Award’ thrice

The two nights of the 21st Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA) did produce some thrills with some stunning performances and numerous artistes bagging awards including Ghanaian songwriter and rapper, Kofi King Arthur aka Kofi Kinaata.

The ‘Things Fall Apart’ crooner has become the first artiste to win three times, at the Vodafone Ghana Music with regards to the ‘Songwriter of The Year Award’ category.

This feat was set after his song ‘Things Fall Apart’ emerged winner of the category at this year’s virtual Award ceremony.

Kofi Kinaata has beaten the likes of other hip life artistes as it is a record he certainly is happy about.

He wrote in a tweet:
