Africa music must take over

Folarin falana popularly known as FalzTheBahdGuy on the music scene and Segun in the most popular Nigerian comedy series 'Jenifa' has said that its about time we take African music to the next level.

The Lawyer cum Rap star who is on a tour in Ghana purposely for a show in Kumasi said on Yfm that he enjoys Ghana music and gets some influence from People like Sarkodie, El, Efya amongst others.

Being asked whether he has anything in the pipeline with any Ghanaian act, Falz mentioned that his favorite Ghanaian act right now is the Too Risky hit maker Medikal therefore fans should expect a with from them both. He exclusively uttered that he will be dropping an album soon.

FalzTheBahdGuy was born in Lagos State, South-Westen Nigeria to renowned lawyers Femi and Funmi Falana.
