RAY J AND PRINCESS LOVE EXPECTING THEIR FIRST CHILD
Congrats are in order for Ray J and Princess Love. The couple is expecting their first child.
During his appearance on “The Real” on Monday (Nov. 27), the R&B crooner announced the big news to cheers from the audience. “Love is on my mind,” he said. “Love is in my heart. Princess and I are expecting.”
Meanwhile, Princess took to social media to share her joy with a baby bump photo. “It’s such a blessing from God to be able to carry our child,” wrote the “Love & Hip Hop” star. “We kept this ourself [sic] until after the first trimester because it’s bad luck to announce too early. But we’re so proud to share this journey with you guys. Thank you for all of the love and prayers.”
The baby is due on Ray J’s 37th birthday, Jan. 17, 2018.
Ray and Princess were married in August of 2016. “I just want her to have the time of her life and remember it as the best day in the world,” Ray J said at the time. “Even when I wasn’t with her, I told my friends ‘She the one, she the one.’ It was just something about how I felt when she was around me.”
