Hilda Baci: Nigerian men are the best that’s why Ghanaian women choose them

Popular Nigerian chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, may certainly not be in the good books of many Ghanaians at the moment following her recent comments during a podcast which have gone viral.

It wasn’t just enough for Hilda Baci to claim that Ghana’s jollof lacked flavour but believes that Ghanaian men are no match for their Nigerian counterparts.

According to the popular Chef who is in relationship with Damilola, popularly known as Dapper, an international talent manager and music executive, Nigerian men are the best men in the world.

Hear her on this, “You should date a Nigerian man, honestly we’re the best. Ask 20 Ghanaian women if they’ll marry a Ghanaian man…put Nigerian men to one side and put Ghanaian men…”

The host responded saying, “most Ghanaian women marry Ghanaian men” to which Hilda replied, “it’s because that’s what is in their forefront. If they send Nigerian men to Ghana, your men (Ghanaian men) will not see a wife or a girlfriend”.

Hilda Baci has been the focus of social media conversations today following her comments on the same podcast that Nigerian Jollof tastes better than Ghana jollof.

“Nigerian jollof is actually better than Ghana Jollof, I have been to Ghana, I have eaten their jollof, I have done a competition with a Ghanaian chef that made his best Jollof and I have seen the recipe," she said.
