Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has illustrated with what constitutes a top-notch performance.
According to her, music performance goes beyond just having a good voice.
“A good performance is not just by the voice but when you can perform with the band. Mine is, I’m a band girl so anybody who performs with the band gives me chills. That’s how I see someone who’s good when it comes to performance. Yeah, I think I’ll consider the band thing and also how you connect with the fans on stage,” she mentioned.
Speaking in an interview with Dj Slim on Daybreak Hitz, The jeje hitmaker considers Stonebwoy and Epixode as some Ghanaian artistes who have very good style of performances.
“I like Stonebwoy kind of performances because he’s always giving you freestyles and I like Epixodes too, more freestyles on stage. I consider that a good performer. You have to be sexy too,” She disclosed.
This was recently reiterated by Article Wan who suggested most artistes that perform at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards are 'jump and go' artistes.
