Adina Highlights the Diversity of Ghana’s Music Industry on WatsUp TV
Ghanaian singer and songwriter Adina Thembi Ndamse better known by her stage name Adina has shared insights about the depth and diversity of Ghanaian music industry, emphasizing that there is far more to it than what many people see from the outside.
Speaking during an interview at WatsUp TV studios on Fan Mix Live show on Friday, the award-winning musician explained that Ghana’s music space is filled with a wide variety of talents and genres that often go unnoticed internationally.
According to Adina, the local industry is home to numerous creative artists exploring different sounds beyond the commonly known styles.
"We have so many amazing people in the Ghana music industry with different types of talent,” she said during the conversation.
She further noted that musicians in Ghana are experimenting with several genres, including Rock, R&B, and other alternative sounds, highlighting the creative diversity that exists within the industry.
Adina explained that while global audiences may mainly associate Ghana with a few dominant styles, the reality is much broader and richer.
“There’s so much more to Ghana music than what you see outside,” she added.
