Banky wrote via Instagram on how he always knew Wizkid was born to be a music sensation on a global scale.

"Moments before @wizkidayo hit the stage at #sobsnyc to launch the new album, we were back there listening to him give this mini speech. And it was a special-and-kinda-emotional moment for me, because I remember where it all started from.. and I'm so grateful to God that the dreams are coming true. We talked about this day from the get go. We believed it would come to pass. I saw it from the first day we met, and I'm so happy that the world sees what I always knew. This young man, my little brother from Ojuelegba was MEANT for this. He was MEANT to take over the world. I knew it like I know my name. And I'm honoured that God chose me to play a small part in his journey to the top. And by God's grace, may the rest of his years be the best of his years. May he grow with wisdom, may his talent and success know no bounds, and may God continue to use him to open the doors for African music on a global scale. Ayodeji Balogun, I always called you superstar from day 1 because I knew thats what you were meant to be. The only person that can stand in your way is you. I love you, I'm proud of you and I will always pray for you. God bless and happy birthday lil brother. Now go forth and win forever."
