
Mayorkun announces new album on June 13 featuring two Ghanaian artistes
Nigerian Afrobeats star Mayorkun has officially confirmed the release of his highly anticipated new album, scheduled to drop on June 13, 2025.
The revelation came during an exclusive interview on WatsUpTV, where Mayorkun shared key details about the project, which features twelve tracks and five to six guest appearances, including collaborations with two Ghanaian artistes.
"My album is coming out on the 13th of June. It's twelve tracks with five to six features, and l've got two Ghanaian artistes on it. My fans should definitely watch out," Mayorkun said during the interview.
While the official album title and featured artists have not yet been revealed, the announcement has sparked excitement among fans and industry watchers, especially in Ghana and Nigeria.
The album is expected to showcase Mayorkun's signature Afrobeats sound while highlighting cross-cultural collaborations within the West African music scene.
This project marks his return with a full-length album following his 2021 release, Back In Office, and comes at a time when Mayorkun continues to solidify his place as one of Africa's most influential young artists.
