Forbes Magazine unveiled the list of the richest African musicians in 2018. The list was made on the basis of sales and signed contracts.

Here are the 10 richest African musicians


1. Akon ($ 80 million)

Senegalese is the richest musician in Africa. CEO of his own label Konvict music, Akon is also a producer. It enjoys great popularity in Africa and around the world. Akon has sold more than 35 million albums, has been nominated five times for the Grammy Awards.
