“Iam Winning Reggae And Dancehall Disc Jockey Back-To-Back”- King Lagazee

Host of “Lagazee Soundz” on Accra-based Hitz FM, popularly known as King Lagazee, has been nominated for the 2017 Rush Ghana DJ Awards.

The nominee announcement took place last Friday at the MJ Grand Hotel in Accra.

Last year 2016, King won the Best Reggae and Dancehall DJ of the year beating other topnotch disc jockey.

Many referred to him as the sound killer spoke to Entertainment Today, and said: am going to win this year’s category again and again infact back-to-back until there will be no Ghana DJ Awards.

When asked what makes him think he will win this years awards? He said: I have come a long way in the Reggae and Dancehall industry in Ghana and my fans listen to me 24/7 so they will vote even if I don’t campaign.

Known in real life as Isaac Tetteh Monney, King Lagazee has interviewed great Jamiaca musicians and the first Ghanaian to presenter to bring Morgan Heritage to Ghana.
