I never begged KKD not to mention my name in assualt case – KOD

Speaking in an interview on the Delay Show in August, 2016, Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) alleged that Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) had been with him at the African Regent Hotel the night he as alleged to have sexually assaulted then 19 year old Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson.

But finally responding to the issue in an interview on the Tonight Show with Nii Kpakpo on Joy Prime over the weekend, Mr. Okyere Darko related that Kwesi Kyei Darkwa called him back later and expressed that what he said on the Delay Show was a mistake.

“He (KKD) called me on his birthday last year and said that, I’m his younger brother and son and what he said on Delay Show was not whathe really wanted to say”.
